How it works:

Chemical exfoliation is an effective way to smooth rough skin and brighten skin tone. With 30% Glycolic Acid, a form of alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA), you can experience professional results while at home. Glycolic acid works by dissolving the protein bonds that holds skin together. This allows the top layer of dead and damaged skin cells to slough off effortlessly, revealing the bright, smooth and fresh skin hiding underneath. It also helps stimulate skin cells to produce more collagen protein which helps increase elasticity and firmness. Sodium PCA and Arginine work together to hydrate skin by attracting moisture from the air and trapping it in skin. This helps reduce moisture loss from skin’s surface as well as inflammation. Arginine is an amino-acid that functions as an antioxidant. It neutralizes free radicals and boosts collagen production and cell regeneration. The result is more firm, smooth and youthful looking skin.

How to use:

Use at night only. After cleansing and on damp skin, gently sweep over the face, neck and chest. Discard after use. Follow with serums and moisturizer.

This is a great tool to use to brighten dark spots on the body. Just apply to clean, damp skin and target any areas on the body that could use a little brightening. But don’t forget to protect against sun damage by wearing sunblock and UPF clothing.
