How it works:

The gentle enzymes and acids in this peel put it in the chemical exfoliant category. It’s highly effective at correcting dark spots and acne scars. The enzymes in Papaya, namely the papain enzyme, work to melt away damaged skin proteins that cause bumpy and rough textured skin. Pineapple enzymes like bromelain work the same way. As they slough off dead and damaged skin cells, they remove bacteria, reduce inflammation and shrink cells to leave skin looking brightened and tightened. The sticky Honey works its way into pores to remove any leftover bacteria and dirt without drying skin. Retinol activates fibroblast cells to produce fresh skin, speeding up skin’s natural turnover cycle. The new cells are plumped with collagen and free of pigmentations. Gentle Lactic Acid exfoliates dead skin while improving skin's ability to retain moisture. Finally, to help prevent future breakouts, Willow Bark Extract balances oil production and shrinks pores. The verdict is smoother skin that's clean, clear, radiant and refreshed.

How to use:

Apply to freshly cleansed skin on the face and neck. Massage in circular motions for 2-3 minutes with moist fingertips. Rinse well with water or remove using a wet cloth or cotton pad. Follow with serums and moisturizer. Use 1-2 times weekly, at night.

This is the peel I use in almost all my services. It's gentle, yet effective and it really cleans out those pores. Just steer clear if you're allergic to papaya or pineapple.
