Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping & Returns

When will I get my order confirmation?

You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is successfully placed. It includes your order number and shipping method. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct at checkout — once an order is on its way, we're unable to redirect it.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders can take up to 48 hours (2 business days) to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment, you'll receive a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. Please note that major holidays may introduce some variables into shipping estimations.

Where does Bradley Beauty ship?

We ship to addresses in the fifty United States, excluding P.O. boxes. We do not ship internationally at this time.

What are your shipping and handling rates?

Rates depend on where you are. At checkout, you'll see the shipping methods available for your area — standard delivery, expedited options, or local pick-up for Los Angeles orders.

What is your return policy?

If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we accept returns of unused product within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise noted on the product page. A few things to note: items marked Final Sale are non-refundable, items must be returned in their original packaging, and the original shipping charge (if any) isn't refundable.

How do I start a return?

Email welcome@bradleybeauty.com with your order number and photos of your order, and we'll walk you through the steps. Once approved, drop the package at a UPS location or with a UPS carrier and request a shipping receipt. When we receive the package, your refund (the item value plus any tax paid) is returned to your original payment method within 14 days.

Can I exchange an item?

We don't process exchanges at this time.

What if my order is lost?

Email welcome@bradleybeauty.com with your order confirmation number. At our discretion, we'll either issue store credit or send replacement products.

What if my order arrived damaged?

Send a photo of the damaged item to welcome@bradleybeauty.com so we can report it to our fulfillment provider if needed. We’ll reply with next steps.

Dermaplane

What is the Bradley Signature Sweep?

The Bradley Signature Sweep, our dermaplane service, lasts up to 2 hours. It includes: waxing, dermaplaning, manual scrub, enzyme peel, extractions with steam, massage and mask.

How long have you been practicing dermaplaning?

I've been practicing dermaplaning for over 25 years.

Is dermaplaning legal in California?

Yes, as of January 1, 2022, with the passing of SB803.

Who should dermaplane?

Dermaplaning is an excellent exfoliation technique for addressing acne scarring, fine lines, wrinkles, and uneven skin tone and texture. It's an anti-aging and resurfacing treatment. It stimulates the skin's natural collagen production and is a great post-surgery treatment to reduce the appearance of scars. Dermaplaning is not recommended for people under the age of 18 or those with active or cystic acne.

How often should I dermaplane?

For best results, dermaplane every 3–4 weeks to support your skin's natural cellular turnover cycle.

How long do dermaplane results last?

Results are immediate and last typically up to 3–4 weeks. However, those who continue to dermplane over years, see the longest lasting results and effect of anti-aging.

When should I start dermaplaning?

When you are over the age of 18 and you and your practitioner make a plan for your desired outcome.

How should I prepare for a dermaplane facial?

Refrain from using active facial products like retinol or retinA for at least two weeks before your appointment.

What are the risks of dermaplaning?

Although minimal, dermaplaning carries a small risk of acne breakout. Since we are removing the protective barrier of the dermis, it is very important not to have dirty hands touching your face or contaminating your skin. It is possible to get dermatitis or come in contact with other undesirable bacteria. It is very important to have a seasoned dermaplane practitioner as there is always a possibility of nicks and cuts.

Do I have to avoid the sun after a dermaplane facial?

We recommend avoiding prolonged periods of direct sun for at least three days after your dermaplane facial. Wear a hat or sunscreen for protection.

Can I work out after a treatment?

Yes, just wash your face afterward.
